Programmer Analyst/Developers (2 positions):

Develop and maintain simple to complex government web applications to process, store, locate, and retrieve specific documents, data, and information under the guidance of the Project Manager and Technical leads; Maintain existing web applications and provide minor enhancements as and when needed. Participate in system integration testing and provide input into load-balancing and disaster-recovery solutions for the end-product; Assist in development of user guides and manuals for system users and provide training to end users; Work with team members to develop application functionality based on supplied specifications.

Minimum requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering related. 2 years of work experience in programming. Position requires technical skills in C#, ASP.NET, SharePoint, Share point Designer, HTML 5, CSS3. Travel/Relocation


Business Intelligence/Computer Systems Analyst:

Establish systems analysis methodologies and documentation standards. Work with different functional groups to translate business requirements into Business Intelligence solutions. Lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues. Prepare analysis and design deliverables and provide input into project plans. Create complex reports and dashboards for administrative reporting using BI tools and platforms. Tune SQLs, write complex SQL to extract data, work with database updates, create tables and views for adhoc reporting. Provide guidance and direction to lower level developers with 1-2 years of work experience.

Minimum requirements: Degree in computer/engineering related field. Masters’ degree with 2 yrs or Bachelors’ degree with 5 yrs of work experience required.  Position requires experience in Business Analysis, SDLC, ETL Solutions, BI Architecture & Reporting, COGNOS, Business Objects, Big Data, Informatica, SQL Databases and Data Warehousing. Programmer Analyst/Developer

Plan, develop, debug, test and document computer application programs. Review system capabilities and schedule limitations to determine if requested application or modification is possible within an existing system. Develop database schema, stored procedures, triggers, table & scalar functions. Responsible for coding in ASP.NET Webforms, ASP.NET MVC, VB.NET, C#, SQL Server, SSIS packages, ASP, PHP, HTML 5, JQuery, AngularJS and CSS related to application/website programming, testing and implementing the software. Implement and maintain websites on Kentico and Joomla Content Management Systems. Provide direction to entry level programmers with 1-2 years of experience. Take action to solve problems/issues that routinely arise. 

Minimum requirements: Degree in Computer related area. Masters with 2 yrs or Bachelors with 5 years of work experience. Position requires expertise in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, Database Design, Web programming, Data Structures and Algorithm development. Technical experience in ASP.NET Webforms, ASP.NET MVC, VB.NET, C#, Microsoft Entity Framework, HTML 5, JQuery, AngularJS, CSS, SQL Server, SSIS packages, Classic ASP, PHP, QA testing. Travel/relocation.
